Construction Progress – Petra Sea Resort
Here is the update for March from the Petra Sea Resort construction site. Work is actively moving forward according to the schedule across all three blocks:
📍 Block A
Reinforced concrete works for the 2nd-floor ceiling slab have been completed.
Column layout and reinforcement work for the 3rd floor have begun.
📍 Block B
Monolithic construction works are fully completed.
Blockwork for internal partitions between apartments is finished.
Installation of glass facades is underway on the 16th and 17th floors.
Plastering of internal partition walls has started on the 1st floor.
📍 Block C
Monolithic construction works are fully completed.
Blockwork for internal partitions between apartments is finished.
Installation of glass façades is in progress on the 27th, 28th, and 29th floors.
Plastering of internal partition walls is ongoing on the G, 6th, 8th, 9th, 18th, 19th, and 20th floors.
Installation of balcony railings is underway on the 11th, 12th, and 13th floors.
