Construction Progress at Petra Sea Resort – Petra Group’s Project in Tsikhisdziri

At Block C, the main reinforced concrete works have been completed.

Partition wall installation has been finalized from the 1st to the 23rd floors.

Currently, block masonry works for the 24th and 25th floors are in progress.

In terms of the facade, works have been completed from the ground floor to the 16th floor.

Meanwhile, aluminum window and door installation is ongoing on the 17th and 18th floors.

At Block B, the main reinforced concrete structure is also completed.

Partition wall works are finalized on the 1st–12th and 16th–20th floors.

Currently, partition installation is underway on the 13th, 14th, 15th, 21st, 22nd, and 23rd floors.

For the facade, the ground-floor glazing works have been completed.

At present, aluminum door and window installation is progressing from the 1st to the 11th floors.

At Block A, foundation slab reinforcement works are currently in progress.
