Petra Group and Mitsubishi Enter into Strategic Partnership

On August 31, Petra Group and Mitsubishi signed a strategic partnership memorandum at Petra Group’s head office.

As part of the cooperation, Mitsubishi elevators will be installed across Petra Group’s ongoing mountain and seaside projects -Petra Sea Resort and Petra Ski Resort.

As the first stage of the partnership, an agreement was signed for the purchase of 15 elevators for Buildings A, B, and C in Tsikhisdziri.

The number of elevators and their technical specifications were determined based on traffic analysis conducted for the buildings. This approach is designed to ensure efficient movement throughout the buildings while minimizing waiting times.

The selection of the elevator brand was guided by its ability to meet the international standards established by Petra Group’s global partners. Cooperation with Accor brands and international management company Valor Hospitality Partners sets high requirements for technological and operational solutions. Taking these standards, as well as the specific requirements of the projects, into consideration, Mitsubishi was selected as the main supplier of elevator systems.

That is why the number and specifications of the elevators were determined based on traffic analysis,” said Tinatin Kalandarishvili, CEO of Petra Group.
