Construction Progress at Petra Group’s Seaside Project – Petra Sea Resort
Our team continues active construction work on Blocks B and C.

📌 Block C
🔹 Pouring of the intermediate slab on the 26th floor is in progress.
🔹 Partition blockwork is underway on the 11th, 12th, 13th, and 14th floors.
🔹 Installation of aluminum glass façades is ongoing on the 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, and 11th floors.

📌 Block B
🔹 Pouring of the intermediate slab on the 22nd floor is in progress.
🔹 Partition blockwork is underway on the 5th, 7th, 9th, 12th, and 13th floors.
🔹 Installation of aluminum glass façades is in progress on the 1st floor.

The first phase of the project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2026.
