Petra Sea Resort – Construction Progress

Petra Group continues active construction work on the seaside project, Petra Sea Resort. The development is progressing rapidly, and we are excited to share the latest updates on Blocks B and C.

📍 Block C

🔹 Preparation of the 16th-floor monolithic slab for concreting is underway. 🔹 Facade and internal partition blockwork on the 4th floor has been completed. 🔹 Partition blockwork is currently in progress on the 2nd and 3rd floors. 🔹 Installation of glass façade structures is actively ongoing on the 1st floor.

📍 Block B

🔹 Preparation of the 11th-floor monolithic slab for concreting is underway.

The first phase of the project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2026.
