Petra Sea Resort – Construction Progress

Petra Group continues construction works at a fast pace on the seaside project of Petra Sea Resort. We are excited to share the latest updates on blocks B and C.

📍 Block C
🔹 Preparation of the formwork for the 21st floor monolithic slab is underway.
🔹 Masonry work of interior partitions has been completed on the 5th and 6th floors.
🔹 Masonry work is in progress on the 7th and 8th floors.
🔹 Installation of aluminum facade glazing is ongoing on the 3rd and 4th floors.
🔹 Balcony railing installation is underway on the 11th floor.

📍 Block B
🔹 Preparation of the 17th floor monolithic slab for concreting is ongoing.
🔹 Interior masonry works are in progress on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 7th, 8th, and 10th floors.
